We’re thrilled to introduce Amanda Allen as the newest member of the Cenfluence team, taking on the role of Cluster Manager for Learning Sciences & Human Performance. With a rich background from the Florida High Tech Corridor, including nearly a decade of experience with stemCONNECT, Amanda brings invaluable insights and expertise to our organization.

During her time with stemCONNECT, Amanda spearheaded workforce development initiatives, engaging both formal and informal learning networks. Her multifaceted approach included strategic partnerships in human performance through modeling, simulation, and training, demonstrating her commitment to driving connection and innovation.

A proud two-time graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a BA in Visual Arts & Emerging Media Management and an MA in Communication, Amanda’s academic achievements complement her hands-on experience in the field.

“I am excited to engage directly with organizations and support entrepreneurs while helping further connect our innovation network. This next opportunity with The Corridor is very exciting!” says Amanda, reflecting her enthusiasm for her new role.
